01 / Selected builds

Built to connect.
Made to work.

Shared intelligence, visual decision systems and the businesses behind them. A few things I’ve designed, built and taken to market.

01 / Visual intelligence & decisions↗

Zeug Graphs

Product + engineering

A visual workspace for seeing how a project fits together: its context, decisions, dependencies and next steps. I build the map people and agents use to keep the work connected.

Owned: Product design, graph interface, permission boundaries and connections between project context and delivery.

Inside the build

A map you can work in

Editable views and connected nodes let people explore the relationships behind a project.

Decisions with context

Make the question, available options and supporting evidence visible in the same place as the work.

Shared, with boundaries

Signed-in access and view-level permissions govern who can read and edit. The illustration here uses sample content.

02 / People, projects & agents↗
cmd.zeuglab.com Original illustration / Project command workspace

Zeug CMD

Product + platform

A project workspace for partners, clients and their AI agents. Documents, shared memory and published pages sit together, so everyone works from the same project context.

Owned: Workspace design, application and backend, document collaboration, project memory and authenticated agent connections.

Inside the build

Project collaboration

People review document drafts, suggest edits and work with project knowledge through one interface.

Agents with context

Connected tools let agents search shared memory and work with project documents and pages within the member’s access.

One place to begin

Project onboarding connects agreements, shared memory and AI setup. The illustration uses sample content.

03 / Rental operations↗

Try Day Club

Business + platform

I built the business and technical systems behind a Los Angeles rental operation, connecting fleet availability and pricing to payment, onboarding and handover.

Owned: Business and product design, renter and operator applications, backend integrations, marketing and analytics.

Inside the build

Customer experience

Vehicle selection, payment-first checkout and resumable onboarding, with pricing, promotions and referrals connected to the trip.

Operating system

Separate renter and operator applications. A Python Model Context Protocol service gives agents public fleet tools and authenticated operator actions.

Business visibility

Booking-intent reporting connects customer interest with rental operations and marketing decisions.

04 / Membership & hospitality↗

Open Collective

Business + platform

I built the business model, brand and technical platform for a private members network, from referral entry to member stays, events and operator workflows.

Owned: Business model, branding and marketing strategy, backend, campaigns, cold email outreach and analytics.

Inside the build

Business & brand

I developed the business model, membership proposition and brand, and shaped the marketing angle around the audience and experience.

Platform

I built the backend and separate member and operator applications around referral applications, human screening and hospitality requests.

Acquisition & analytics

I ran campaigns, implemented cold email outreach and built the analytics layer, connecting acquisition to the membership and operating workflows.

05 / Education & acquisition↗

DJLessonsLA

Business + acquisition

I built the business and technical setup around private DJ lessons and music production. The work ran from the business model and brand through the website, backend and customer acquisition.

Owned: Business model, branding, marketing angle and strategy, backend, campaigns, cold email outreach and analytics.

Inside the build

Business & positioning

I designed the business model, created the branding and shaped the lesson offer and marketing angle.

Website & backend

I designed and built the website and backend, connecting the offer to the consultation and acquisition process.

Campaigns & measurement

I developed the marketing strategy, ran campaigns, implemented cold email outreach and built the analytics layer.

06 / People & agents↗

ClawPanel

Product + engineering

I design and build a workspace for people and connected agents to work with the same project context, shared files and knowledge, with permissions tied to the work.

Owned: Product and business design, application and backend engineering, agent delivery and review systems.

Inside the build

Product & backend

I define the workspace, build the application and backend, and connect people and agents to shared project material.

Access & delivery

Shared project context, permissions and authenticated connections keep people and agents working together.

Explore the workspace

Explore the workspace with a personal walkthrough. See how your team and agents can work with shared files, knowledge and project context.

07 / Practice operations↗

ChartClose

Product + engineering

Medical billing workflow software for independent practices. I built the system connecting intake and encounter notes with coding drafts, clinician review and claims follow-up.

Owned: Product design, application and backend engineering, practice access boundaries and review workflows.

Inside the build

A connected workflow

Documentation and coding drafts sit alongside review decisions and billing follow-up.

Review stays with the clinician

The workflow makes clinician review and approval a distinct step before the work moves forward.

Practice operations

Tenant-scoped data access, role permissions and audit records support the software’s operating boundaries.

08 / Acquisition & automation↗

ZenProspects

Business + acquisition

A service-business acquisition project connecting the offer and website to AI assistance, consultation booking and follow-up. I worked across the business positioning and the customer journey.

Owned: Brand and offer design, website experience, acquisition workflows and automation.

Inside the build

The offer

Positioning and service packaging for businesses evaluating acquisition and automation support.

The customer path

A public website connects inquiries to consultation booking and an existing-client sign-in path.

Connected tools

The work brings together the front-end offer, AI assistance and follow-up around the business workflow.

09 / Local services & inquiry systems↗

Water filtration

Website + operations

A group of location-specific water-filtration websites with service guides and inquiry workflows. I built the customer path from local discovery to a saved callback or home-visit request and an operator inbox.

Owned: Site design, local content structure, inquiry forms, request persistence and owner-facing workflow.

Inside the build

Local service discovery

Distinct location websites explain services and provide a path to discuss the customer’s water-filtration needs.

Intake that keeps the request

The form validates and saves an inquiry before returning a receipt. Repeated submissions with the same request ID return the existing receipt.

Operating workflow

A protected owner inbox organizes requests. This portfolio example illustrates the website and intake build; a walkthrough is available.

10 / Solar acquisition & sales↗
demo.zeuglab.com/solarOriginal illustration / Solar workflow demo

Solar workflows

Interactive demo

An interactive solar sales demonstration connecting a homeowner-facing calculator with an operator lead view. The demo carries the customer’s inputs into the follow-up workflow so the next conversation starts with context.

Owned: Customer journey, interactive calculator, assumption controls and the lead-workflow prototype.

Inside the build

Homeowner experience

A calculator explores utility and solar scenarios with visible, editable assumptions.

A connected handoff

The operator view keeps the calculation context with each sample lead and supports follow-up status changes.

A working demonstration

The solar experience is a prototype using sample data. It is presented as a workflow demonstration, not a claim of customer savings or a live installation offer.

02 / How I work

The pieces
have to connect.

A customer needs to find the offer, use the product and get what they paid for. I build the systems and measurement across that path.

01

Design the business.

Audience, offer, business model and positioning. Decide what people are buying and how the business delivers it.

02

Build the system.

Customer experience, backend, data and operations. My foundation is Python, SQL and cloud platforms, with TypeScript and React in the application layer.

03

Take it to market.

Brand, campaigns, cold email and conversion paths. Build the measurement layer alongside the acquisition work.

One connected build

The whole business.
In the same picture.
